HCS is a member of the Commonwealth Christian Athletic Conference (CCAC), and our teams compete in a variety of athletics in both the conference and non-conference categories. Find our full list of middle and high school sports on the athletics page. Elementary students have their own Junior Knights sports program where they can have fun and gain important skills in teamwork and training.

Yes, busing is provided by the school district in which you reside within a 10 mile radius and there is no charge for this service. Students coming from Central Dauphin, Derry Township (Hershey), Susquehanna, Lower Dauphin, Middletown, East Pennsboro, Harrisburg, Susquenita (Marysville), Northern Lebanon and Steelton/Highspire area school districts are currently among those providing bus services to HCS.

Yes, there is an HCS dress code. Students are required to wear the approved CSAGH-Harrisburg Christian School uniform from the Flynn & O’Hara Uniform Company. The uniform more easily regulates the appropriate appearance of students and assists in maintaining the atmosphere and student behavior desired in our school community. These items are to be purchased from our exclusive school uniform vendor Flynn O’Hara from the local store or online. School approved Spirit Wear (e.g., sweatshirts) may be worn during the school day with uniforms. In addition, gym uniforms are required for Physical Education classes.

In fact, we encourage parental involvement in many ways. Parents often participate in our Parent Association and/or a committee, chaperoning field trips, helping in the cafeteria, being a room parent, helping at semi-annual workdays, helping in the office, or by taking home projects such as folding, labeling, and stuffing envelopes.
